Terms & Conditions

Days/Areas of Service: Kelowna, Lake Country, West Kelowna, and Peachland are serviced
Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. Vernon, Coldstream, and Armstrong are serviced on
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, excluding holidays. KM charges will be applied for
installations outside our regular service areas and will be completed at our discretion. Contact

Rental Term: The rental period is limited to a maximum of six months and is considered
complete on the specified completion date. Unless renewed, posts will be removed on that date.
A $28 renewal fee will apply to extend the rental.

Sign Installation: Standard signs will be installed on the next service day unless otherwise
specified. Installation requests must be made in writing via text (250-470-4007), email
(admin@signexposure.ca), or the online request form (signexposure.ca) and must include the
listing address, date, and any special instructions. Installation requests must be submitted by 4:00
pm for service on the next business day. Requests made on Fridays will be installed the
following Monday or the next business day (for standard signs in our regular service area).

Installation of large signs will be scheduled according to our availability.

Sign Placement: The client must provide specific instructions in the form of marked locations
on maps, pictures, or markers on the ground. If signs are installed due to incorrect information,
charges will apply. Exact locations may not always be possible due to underground obstacles.
The installer will determine the best location on-site if no specific instructions are provided.
Additional costs will be charged if the post needs to be relocated. Fees from utility companies,
contractors, or service technicians for damaged lines will be the client’s responsibility if the
location of the lines prior to installation is not specified. If the homeowner or strata refuse a sign,
charges will still apply. OK Sign Exposure Ltd will promptly repair any necessary maintenance
due to faulty installation at no charge.

Removals: Removal requests must be made in writing via text (250-470-4007), email
(admin@signexposure.ca), or the online request form (signexposure.ca). Only OK Sign
Exposure Ltd employees are authorized to remove signposts. Removals will take place within 2
business days of receiving the request in our regular service areas. Removals outside our regular
service areas will be completed within 1 week of the request. It is the client’s responsibility to
notify us when the sign is ready for removal. Additional charges may apply if the post cannot be
found at the scheduled removal time.

Loss or Damage: Any damage during the rental period will be the client’s responsibility. The
client will bear the costs of vandalism, theft, or weather-related damages. Non-recoverable posts
will incur a fee of $78. OK Sign Exposure is not liable for lost signs or toppers.

Sign Storage: OK Sign Exposure Ltd will store standard-size signs and toppers at our facility for
active clients. Signs belonging to dormant clients will be recycled after 12 months of inactivity.
Site-specific signage will be recycled upon removal unless otherwise requested. Our service fee
covers storage only; it doesn’t include inventory tracking or stock management. For accurate
counts, we’d suggest maintaining your own inventory records.

Pickup of Signage: OK Sign Exposure Ltd will pick up signage prior to installation from local
sign print shops or brokerages at no additional charge. Additional fees may apply for pickups
from other locations. Pickup scheduling is subject to our availability.

Delivery of Signage: OK Sign Exposure Ltd offers monthly delivery of toppers to brokerages as
part of our regular service. An $18 delivery fee will apply for requests outside the scheduled
monthly delivery. All delivery requests must be submitted in advance and are subject to
scheduling availability.

Pricing: OK Sign Exposure Ltd pricing is set on a “per post” and “per listing” basis. Signpost
rentals are non-transferable and non-refundable after installation has been completed.

Cancellation: Orders may be canceled by text (250-470-4007) or email
(admin@signexposure.ca) anytime before the day of installation. Cancellations on the day of
installation must be communicated via text to 250-470-4007.

Winter Policy (November 15 – March 15): A $15 Winter Surcharge applies to all installations
during this period to account for frozen ground conditions, snow management, and additional
time required. Standard turnaround times may be affected due to adverse weather and road
conditions. While we do our best to meet regular timelines, delays may occur and are outside of
our control. Access to the installation site must be cleared of snow and ice prior to our arrival. If
the area is inaccessible or unsafe, the installation may be postponed or subject to an additional
trip fee.

Payment Terms: Payment Terms are net 15. OK Sign Exposure Ltd will charge 2% monthly on
all overdue accounts. These fees are compounding. After 60 days, Sign Exposure will remove
the post and all fees will still be due for the installation of signage.
